FIRE REGULATION. If Licensee uses any type of fuel such as gas, oil, or propane in its exhibit or concession location(s), Licensee shall contact the Regina Fire Department to discuss all matters pertaining to the installation of such equipment. The use of the following materials shall be prohibited: • Acetate fabrics; corrugated paper box board; and no seam paper • Paper backed foil unless glued securely to suitable backing. The following materials shall be flameproof if used for display or decorative purposes: • All cloth materials * Plastic Materials * Flowers - artificial* Ruckus* Foliage - artificial* Split wood and bamboo fibers *Styrofoam * Textiles, straw, grass, hay, wood chips, shavings • Paper - Cardboards or compressed paperboard less than 1/8’’ thick is paper. • Flammable liquids or gases shall not be stored inside the building*Aerosols: It is permissible to exhibit one pressurized container, not exceeding one pint capacity of each product classified as a flammable liquid. • Motor vehicles or gasoline powered equipment on display must be equipped with lock-on type gasoline tank caps and batteries are to be disconnected. Fuel capacity must be at a 1/4 tank or less
FIRE REGULATION. All materials used in the construction of the stall and ancillary apparatus shall be approved by the relevant fire service authorities. Fire marshals on duty at the exhibition shall be empowered to restrict or forbid any demonstration, which in their opinion may constitute a fire hazard without incurring any liability to the exhibitors.

FIRE REGULATION. Draperies and decorating materials used by the exhibitor shall be of flame-retardant nature and all activities with regard to exhibiting shall be in compli- ance with Anchorage, Alaska fire regulations. LABOR. Rules and regulations for union labor are made by the local unions and may change at any time. Where union labor is required because of building or contractor requirements, it will be necessary for the exhibitor to comply with these regulations. Exhibitors are required to observe all union labor contracts enforced within the ▇▇▇▇ Center. Information will be included in the Exhibitor’s Service Kit, outlining the jurisdic- tions of local union labor. SOUND DEVICES & LIGHTING. Public address, sound-producing or amplification devices which project sound must be kept at a conversational level and must not interfere with other exhibitors. Any form of attention-getting devices or presentations must be terminated when crowds obstruct aisles or infringe upon another exhibitor’s display. ASPRS reserves the right to restrict the use of sound, glaring lights or objectionable lighting effects. Adequate illumination of the exhibit area is provided. Music, whether vocal or instrumental, is prohibited. ELECTRICAL WORK. Individual electrical outlets may be obtained at an additional cost. All electrical work must be installed to meet safety requirements. Electric utility services will be outlined in the Exhibitor’s Service Kit. STORAGE. We have arranged for U-Neek Expo — ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Drive, Suite 300, Elkridge, MD 21075, ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, fax ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ — to serve as the official firm to receive consignments, store them, and place them in booths prior to the conference. U-Neek Expo will furnish an Exhibitor’s Service Kit within 60 days prior to the meeting to each contracted exhibitor that will include electrical cost and service, furniture rental forms, sign forms, telephone service, and prevailing charges for drayage operations. Under no circumstances will ASPRS or the ▇▇▇▇ Center assume any responsibilities for loss or damage to goods consigned to U-Neek Expo. FOOD & BEVERAGE. All catering and concession needs for the show are provided exclusively by the ▇▇▇▇ Center. All food and beverage must be purchased from the ▇▇▇▇ Center and none may be brought onto the premises by the Licensee (ASPRS) or conference attendees. FIRE REGULATION. No combustible material, including but not limited to gasoline and kerosene, will be permitted at the event location at any time. All decorations must be flame proof. Violation of this Section may subject ABM to fines by the Fire Marshal.

FIRE REGULATION. 14.25.1 Not to use or permit or suffer to be used on any account except in case of fire or other emergency any doors or special exits provided for escape in case of fire. 14.25.2 At all times to comply with and observe the requirements of the relevant authorities having power to deal with means of escape from buildings in the event of fire so far as such requirements affect the Premises or the fixtures fittings or furniture in them. 14.25.3 Not to place or store or suffer to be placed or stored in the Premises any articles or things which are or may become especially dangerous combustible inflammable or explosive. 14.25.4 To keep the Premises sufficiently supplied and equipped with fire-fighting and extinguishing apparatus and appliances which shall be open to the inspection and maintained to the satisfaction of the local fire authority and also not to obstruct the access to or means of working of such apparatus and appliances.
