Fire Regulations. All Exhibitors must comply with the regulations of the local authority and applicable law as they relate to the design and construction of Exhibition stands, and the use of suitably fireproofed materials.
Fire Regulations. (a) All materials used in exhibit booth(s) must be of a non-flammable nature. Electric signs and equipment must be wired to meet the specifications of the Facility and the San Diego Fire Department.
Fire Regulations. All materials used for booth decoration must be nonflammable. Electric signs and equipment must be wired to meet specifications of local fire authorities. Fire extinguishers on walls/floor/elsewhere must not be removed or obstructed in any manner.
Fire Regulations. All draperies, backdrops, xxxxxxx and other decorations must be flameproof and the Exhibitor must have a certificate of flame retardancy. All paper and other flimsy materials used for decorative purposes, including flameproof paper are prohibited.

Fire Regulations. Fire-retardant materials must be used. No inflammable fluids or substances may be used or shown in booths. No fire exits are to be blocked, and access to fire protection equipment including sprinkler control valves, fire hose stations, portable extinguishers, and fire alarm stations must not be restricted.

No Licensee shall do or permit anything to be done in the POP Space or Building or bring or keep anything therein which will in any way increase the risk of fire, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of other Licensees, or violate or act at variance with the laws relating to fires or with the regulations of the Fire Department or the Board of Health. The Licensee shall cooperate in any fire drills and shall participate in all fire prevention of safety programs designated by the Licensor.

No Tenant shall do or permit anything to be done in the Leased Premises or bring or keep anything therein which will in any way increase the risk of fire, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants, or violate or act at variance with the laws relating to fires or with the regulations of the fire department or the board of health. The Tenant shall cooperate in any fire drills and shall participate in all fire prevention or safety programs designated by the Landlord.
Fire Regulations. All materials used in stands and exhibition constructions must be properly fireproofed in accordance with local regulations. Fire marshals will patrol the Exhibition facilities and will be authorized to stop any demonstration that is of potential fire hazards.
