Fire Retardant Materials. All paneling or other wood products not considered furniture which Tenant shall install in the Premises shall be of fire-retardant materials. Prior to the installation of any such materials, Tenant shall submit to Landlord a satisfactory (in the reasonable opinion of Landlord) certification of such materials’ fire-retardant characteristics.
