FIRING OF DISPLAY. a. Seller agrees to furnish all necessary fireworks display materials and personnel for a professional fireworks display in accordance with the Fireworks Program approved by the Parties. Seller agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to the storing and displaying of fireworks. Seller, with Xxxxx’s assistance, shall obtain any necessary permits for the fireworks display.
