Common use of Firm Proposal Clause in Contracts

Firm Proposal. All prices and other terms stated in this Bidder's Proposal are firm and shall not be subject to withdrawal, escalation, or change for a period of 120 days after the date on which any Bidder's Proposal is opened or such extended acceptance date for Bidder's Proposals as may be established pursuant to Sections 10 and 13 of the General Instructions to Bidders.
