Common use of First Aid and Facilities Clause in Contracts

First Aid and Facilities. (1) The Company agrees to provide and maintain suitable first aid equipment and facilities, lunchroom, locker, washroom, shower and sanitary facilities, and the Union agrees to co operate fully with the Company in the maintenance of this service.
