First Amendment Premises. Effective as of the First Amendment Premises Term Commencement Date (as defined below), Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the First Amendment Premises. From and after the First Amendment Premises Term Commencement Date, the term “Premises” as used in the Lease shall mean the Existing Premises plus the First Amendment Premises.
