Common use of First Livestock Supply Form Clause in Contracts

First Livestock Supply Form. Where the Member has no other Livestock Supply Forms and Promissory Notes on which Member’s Obligations are outstanding, the Due Date in the Livestock Supply Form and the Promissory Note shall be a date which does not exceed the due date permitted under the Regulations, which is acceptable to the Association, and which shall not exceed 120 days if the Livestock are Feeder Cows, and 1 year in every other case, from the date the Livestock referred to in a Livestock Supply Form were purchased by the Association (the “Due Date”).
