Common use of First Meeting Clause in Contracts

First Meeting. Within sixty (60) days of the Commencement Date, the CEO shall convene the first meeting of the Joint Management Body, to be held at a place agreed by the Parties. If the location of the meeting is not agreed, it will be held at One Arm Point Community.
