Inspection of Accounts. The Manager shall permit any Owner at any reasonable time to inspect the books or records of account and any income and expenditure account or balance sheet. The Manager shall upon payment of a reasonable copying charge (which will be credited to the Special Fund) supply any Owner with a copy of any record or document requested by him.
Inspection of Accounts. The Member may, at any time during the Company’s business hours, inspect and copy any Company record at any of the Company’s offices.

Lessee agrees to keep accurate books of account reflecting the mining operations on the Property, and Owner shall have the right, either personally or through a qualified accountant of Owner’s choice and at Owner’s cost, to examine and inspect the books and records of Lessee pertaining to the mining, milling and shipping operations of Lessee.

Lessee agrees to keep accurate books of account reflecting the mining operations on the Property, and Owner shall have the right, either personally or through a qualified accountant of Owner’s choice and at Owner’s cost, to examine and inspect the books and records of Lessee pertaining to the mining, milling and shipping operations of Lessee. Owner shall contact Lessee in advance of any inspection to arrange a mutually convenient time. All inspections shall be conducted at Lessee’s place of business or, if the accounts are maintained elsewhere, at such other location. Owner may not inspect Lessee’s accounts more often than four times per year.

Both WRR and NGC shall keep accurate books and records of accounts reflecting all exploration activities on the Property, and both parties shall have the right, either itself or through a qualified accountant of their choice and at its cost, to examine and inspect the books and records of both parties pertaining to operations and expenditures on the Property.

Piedmont shall keep accurate books and records of accounts reflecting its exploration activities on the Property, and Miranda shall have the right, either itself or through a qualified accountant of its choice and at its cost, to examine and inspect the books and records of Piedmont pertaining to operations on the Property.

The Licensor, at its own expense, has the right to have the Licensee’s books, accounts, invoices, receipts and other administrative data inspected by such (objective) persons as the Licensor shall determine (preferably auditors), who shall be approved by the Licensee (and such approval cannot be unreasonably withheld), so as to verify compliance by the Licensee with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
12.2. The Licensee shall render all necessary assistance and cooperation to facilitate such inspection and shall make available to the Licensor’s representatives, all relevant books, accounts, invoices, receipts and other administrative data used to determine the amount of royalties owed by the Licensee and shall instruct its employees to act accordingly.

The Licensor has the right at its expense to have the Licensee’s books, accounts, invoices, receipts and other administrative data inspected by such (objective) persons as the Licensor shall determine (preferably auditors), who shall be approved by the Licensee (and such approval cannot be unreasonably withheld), so as to verify compliance by the Licensee with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
19.2. The Licensee shall render all necessary assistance and cooperation to facilitate such inspection and shall make available to the Licensor’s representatives all relevant books, accounts, invoices, receipts and other administrative data used to determine the amount of royalties owed by the Licensee and shall instruct its employees to act accordingly.
Inspection of Accounts. 8.1 The Operator shall furnish the Council with a copy of its management accounts showing the projections for total Turnover every three (3) months the first to be provided fifteen (15) Working Days after [30 June [●]] and subsequent accounts to be produced within fifteen (15) Working Days of the end of each three (3) month period.
8.2 The Operator shall make available for inspection at all reasonable times by the Council and/or by any independent accountant appointed pursuant to Clause 7.6 the books, documents and records (computer or otherwise) which are or in the reasonable opinion of the Council ought to be kept by the Operator for the purposes of determining the total Turnover and the Turnover Fee or which in the reasonable opinion of the Council are or may be relevant for such purpose.
8.3 In addition and only where appropriate the Operator may be required to make these records available for inspection by the Council's own external auditors (the Northern Ireland Audit Office).
8.4 The Council hereby agrees with the Operator to keep confidential any books documents records and accounts supplied by the Operator pursuant to this Schedule, subject to the provisions of the DPA and FOIA.
