FIRST PARCEL. A certain tract of land lying on ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ River in Athol, Massachusetts, and bounded on the east and south by land now or late of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; on the west by land formerly of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and on the north by high-water ▇▇▇▇ of said river, by land now or late of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
