First Refusal Right; Legend. (a) Each Share issued pursuant to an exercise of the option granted by this Agreement shall be subject to the Company's First Refusal Right. (b) All certificates for Shares issued pursuant to an exercise of the option granted by this Agreement shall contain a legend which refers to the First Refusal Right.
