Common use of First Shurgard Finance S Clause in Contracts

First Shurgard Finance S. à x.x., a company organised and existing as a société à responsabilité limitée under the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, having its registered office at 0, xxx xxx Xxxxxx, X-0000 Xxxxxxxxxx, registered with the Luxembourg register of commerce and companies under the number B-93014, represented for the purposes of this Agreement by Xxxxxx Xx Xxxxxxxxxx, Manager, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”;

First Shurgard Finance S. à x.x., a company organised and existing as a société à responsabilité limitée under the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, having its registered office at 0, xxx xxx Xxxxxx, X-0000 Xxxxxxxxxx, registered with the Luxembourg register of commerce and companies under the number B-93014, represented for the purposes of this Agreement by Xxxxxx Xx Xxxxxxxxxx, Manager, hereinafter referred to as the “IssuerBorrower”;
