First Supplemental Release Consideration. In consideration for Executive’s release of claims in the First Supplemental Release Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “First Supplemental Release”), if Executive remains employed with the Company through the Expected Separation Date or if Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated prior to the Expected Separation Date under the circumstances giving rise to a payment obligation under the Policy, then subject to Executive executing and not revoking the First Supplemental Release Agreement on or following the Separation Date in accordance with its terms, Executive will receive the following:
