First Xxxx Contribution. To determine when a Xxxx Qualified Distribution occurs, the Administrator will establish and maintain a record of the earlier of: (A) the year in which the first Xxxx Contribution or Xxxx Conversion under Section 5.9 was made to a Participant’s Xxxx Contributions Account; or (B) when a Xxxx Contribution has been rolled into the Plan, the year in which the first Xxxx contribution was made to the predecessor Xxxx account from which such Xxxx Contribution was rolled into this Plan.
