First Year Pricing. The fees for the Manufacturing Services (which fees include Conversion costs and Component costs) listed in Schedule B (the “Manufacturing Fees”) are intended by the parties to be fixed for the first Contract Year of this Agreement, subject to the amendments to such fees provided for in this Article 4. Manufacturing Fees may be referred to herein as the “Fee” or “Fees”.
