Common use of FIRSTLINK WARRANTY Clause in Contracts

FIRSTLINK WARRANTY. FirstLink warrants that it will comply with all laws and licensing requirements concerning the installation and operation of the System. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, FirstLink makes no representations or warranties regarding the System, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
