Common use of Fiscal Agent Services Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Agent Services. Designation of an entity or individual to provide fiscal agent services, as approved by MCC, until such time as the Government provides to MCC a true and complete copy of the Fiscal Agent Agreement, duly executed and in full force and effect, and the Fiscal Agent engaged thereby is mobilized;
