FISCAL MATTERS AND FUNDING. 7. The Authority shall comply with the fiscal and recordkeeping requirements of the Joint Exercise of Powers Act and shall take such other actions as necessary or desirable to address the fiscal, funding and budgeting needs of the Authority.
