Fiscal Period Financial Reports. As soon as available after the end of each Fiscal Period ending before the end of a Fiscal Year, the Manager shall furnish to each Member copies of the Company’s balance sheet as of the end of each such Fiscal Period, and of the related statements of income and cash flows for each such Fiscal Period and for the portion of the Fiscal Year ended with the last day of each such Fiscal Period, all if, as and when prepared.
