Common use of FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING Clause in Contracts

FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING. Subject to the conditions in this Agreement, Canada agrees to commit funds for the Project for a Fiscal Year in accordance with the table of estimated contributions in Schedule B.2. If, in a Fiscal Year, an amount less than the estimated is paid or payable by Canada, Canada will, subject to Section 3.4 (Appropriations and Funding Levels), make reasonable efforts to re-allocate the difference to a subsequent Fiscal Year.
