FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING. a) The estimated amount of the funding payable by Canada for each Fiscal Year as set out in section A.1 c) ii. and A.2 c) i of Schedule A (Program Details). b) If the actual amount payable by Canada in respect of any Fiscal Year is less or more than the estimated amount in section A.1 c) ii. and A.2 c) i of Schedule A (Program Details), Xxxxxxx xxx request that Canada re-allocate the difference between the two amounts to or from a subsequent Fiscal Year. Subject to Section 5 (Appropriations), Canada agrees to make reasonable efforts to accommodate Alberta’s request.Alberta acknowledges that requests for re-allocation of Project funding will require appropriation adjustments or federal Crown approvals. c) In the event that any requested re-allocation of Project funding is not approved, the amount of Canada’s contribution payable in accordance with Section 3 (Commitments by Canada) may be reduced by the amount of the requested re- allocation. If the contribution payable by Canada in accordance with Section 3 (Commitments by Canada) is so reduced, the Parties agree to review the effects of such reduction on the overall implementation of the Project and to adjust the terms and conditions of this Agreement as appropriate.
