Fishing History in Sector. 5.04.1. The Members agree that any fishing history that is accumulated or established by a Member's Permit while it is participating in the Sector, shall be attributed to such Member's Permit, and not to any other permits. 5.04.2. If a Member Transfers the Permit to a Member Transferee, the Permit’s catch history for the allocation period of 1996-2006 shall transfer with the Permit to the new owner. 5.04.3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.04.1, it is the intent of the Members that any future allocations of species covered by the Sector ACE under the Plan shall be based upon the Multispecies Groundfish Sector catch history of the Member’s Permits accumulated between 1996 and 2006.
