Fishing History in Sector. The members acknowledge that under Amendment 16, fishing history is frozen at the level determined by their landings of fishing years 1996 – 2006. It is the intent that that any fishing history, which is accumulated or established by a Member’s Permit while it is participating in the Sector (the “Sector History”), shall be attributed to such Member’s Permit, and not to any other permits. Members acknowledge that in Amendment 16, multispecies landings history for all limited access multispecies permits is frozen as of the allocation period (fishing years 1996 – 2006, inclusive).
