Fishing History in Sector. The Members agree that any fishing history, which is accumulated or established using the Individual ACE attributed to a Member’s Permit while it is participating in the Sector (the “Sector History”), shall be attributed to such Member’s Permit, and not to any other permits. The Members further agree that any future allocations of Groundfish made within the Sector shall be based on the fishing history of the Members’ Permits that is accumulated during the relevant Qualifying Period.
