Fishing History in Sector. The Members agree that any fishing history, which is accumulated or established by a Member’s Permit while it is participating in the Sector (the “Sector History”), shall be attributed to such Member’s Permit, and not to any other permits. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Members further agree that any future allocations of GB cod made within the Sector shall be based on the fishing history of the Members’ Permits that is accumulated during the Qualifying Period, and shall not be based on such Permits’ Sector History.
