Fittings & Fixtures. Except those provided by the Promoter, all fitouts to be put-up, erected and installed at or inside the Designated Apartment including the interior dec- oration shall be done and completed by the Allottee at its own costs and expenses. In doing and carrying out the said fit out works, the Allottee shall be obliged to adhere to the following:
