FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. 8.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date.

FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. The Tenancy shall include the Fixtures and Fittings in the Premises including all matters specified in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition.

17.3 The parties record that not all assets upon the property are included in the sale agreement and that all cranes, gantries, cold rooms, spray booths, compressors, generators and production line equipment are specifically excluded from the sale and remain the property of the Seller, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 You must report immediately to the House Manager any damage or fair wear and tear in your room and the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.

The Lessor will provide certain fixtures and fittings for the interior of the Object leased according to Annex II hereto —XXXX.XXX Internet Plaza Office Building Delivery Standards (subject to the confirmation document signed by the Lessee and the property management company designated by the Lessor), the Lessee shall return such fixtures and fittings in the same shape, conditions and structure as previously delivered upon the termination of the Lease. The initial delivery status shall be subject to the confirmation document signed by the Lessee and the property management company designated by the Lessor.
