Fixed Charge Cover Ratio. The Company shall ensure that the ratio (the Fixed Charge Cover Ratio) of: (a) EBITDA before taking into account Rental and Operating Lease Expenditure; to (b) Net Interest Expense plus Rental and Operating Lease Expenditure, is not less than 1.75:1 in respect of any Relevant Period.
