Common use of Fixed Fee Services Clause in Contracts

Fixed Fee Services. a) If we charge on a fixed fee basis, this is based on the assumption that the work will be completed without any complications arising. If any unforeseen additional work is required, or if you change your instructions to us, we will either provide a revised fixed fee or agree that any additional work will be charged at the hourly rate of the person(s) dealing with your matter. In either case, we will not carry out any further work until any changes to our original estimate have been agreed in writing.
