Fixed Fee Services. For Services performed for a fixed or flat fee, Contractor will issue invoices containing a description of the work performed, including a listing of all milestones and deliverables achieved, in accordance with the terms of the SOW.
Fixed Fee Services a) If we charge on a fixed fee basis, this is based on the assumption that the work will be completed without any complications arising. If any unforeseen additional work is required, or if you change your instructions to us, we will either provide a revised fixed fee or agree that any additional work will be charged at the hourly rate of the person(s) dealing with your matter. In either case, we will not carry out any further work until any changes to our original estimate have been agreed in writing.

(a) Review of the Standards for Actuarial Work. The Actuary shall conduct an initial review of the Standards of Actuarial Work and deliver a final written report of the review by April 1, 2020 (or such other date as may be agreed upon with the Executive Director). The review will evaluate the standards’ conformity with applicable state statutes and actuarial standards. The review will also evaluate the standards for technical accuracy, clarity and conformity with actuarial best practices. The Actuary must produce a report that explains its findings and describes any recommended changes. At the request of the Commission, the Actuary will present their review to the Commission.

Fixed Fee Services. Altitude Community Law offers fixed fee services. The association will pay Altitude Community Law (the Firm) for performance of the services as outlined in a proposal for services, plus costs. The association understands that it is not entering into an hourly fee agreement for that specified service, except as otherwise set forth. This means the Firm will devote such time to the matter as is necessary, but the Firm’s fee will not be increased or decreased based upon the number of hours spent.

Fixed Fee Services. Contractor’s total compensation for the satisfactory performance of each of the fixed fee services identified in Schedule A shall not exceed the total fee set forth for those services in Schedule A and subject to the provisions of Schedule A.

6. Assisting you with the Company Secretarial responsibilities (for companies).
