Fixed Price Supply Contracts. None of the Loan Parties is a party to any contract for the purchase or supply by such parties of any product except where (a) the purchase price is set with reference to a spot index or indices substantially contemporaneously with the delivery of such product or (b) delivery of such product is to be made no more than 18 months after the purchase price is agreed to. All such contracts for the delivery of product to any Loan Party referred to in the foregoing clause (b) which are in effect on the Effective Date are set forth in Schedule 5.32.
