Common use of Fixed Price Unit Contract Clause in Contracts

Fixed Price Unit Contract. This is a fixed price (unit cost) Contract. The Agency or its appointed fiscal agent shall make payment to the Health Plan on a monthly basis for the Health Plan’s satisfactory performance of its duties and responsibilities as set forth in this Contract. To accommodate payments, the Health Plan is capitated with the fiscal agent.
