FIXED TERM ARRANGEMENTS. If the Goods or Services are to be provided for a fixed term, then, upon the expiry of the term, Goods and Services will continue to be provided on a monthly basis at the fee applying during the fixed term. Clause 9.1 will apply in regard to termination.
FIXED TERM ARRANGEMENTS. In all such cases the Provider must claim the Contract Price 7(f). The Provider MUST NOT collect any Client Care Charges or Third Party Top-Ups as the responsibility for collection remains with the Authority.
