Fixing Errors During Initial Activation. In the event that Researcher gives notice to Colliga Apps of any Critical Errors, Colliga Apps shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to address to such conditions within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of Researcher’s notification. If the Researcher reported Critical Errors are not satisfied within this thirty (30) day period, the Researcher will notify Colliga Apps, in writing, within five (5) business days following the end of the thirty (30) day period, and state either Researcher’s acceptance of the Colliga Apps Services, Researcher’s desire to extend the period for resolving the condition, or Researcher’s intent to terminate the Agreement without penalty or further financial obligation. Failure to notify Colliga Apps in writing within five (5) business days following the end of the thirty (30) day period or use of the Colliga Apps Services by the Researcher in its normal business operations following the end of the thirty (30) day period will constitute acceptance of the Colliga Apps Services.
