Common use of Flammable Material Clause in Contracts

Flammable Material. You or any member of your household or visitors are only permitted to keep bottled gas, paraffin, petrol, LPG, acid or any other hazardous material in safe and secure storage and in suitable storage containers. You can only keep a limited amount of such material that is reasonable for domestic use. You must not keep such materials in any communal areas.
