FLD Business Direct Plan - Business. (a) The FLD Business Direct Plan is an optional calling plan offered to business customers for direct-dialed interstate toll calls, inbound 800 Service, and Calling Card Service. Term and volume discounts apply based on call volume and month- to-month, one year, or two year term plans. All billed long distance calls including intrastate, interstate, international and operator services are combined to determine monthly call volumes for rating purposes. Early termination liability fees may apply. (b) Calls are rated and billed in 6 second increments with a minimum call duration of 30 seconds. (c) The minimum service period is one (1) month. (d) All customers will be charged the rates identified in Section 4 herein.
