Fleet Management. CITY agrees to maintain light fleet for FIRE DISTRICT when CITY elects to accept the request for maintenance. When accepting the fleet maintenance work, CITY agrees to do maintenance according to any applicable rules and regulations for emergency vehicles. In exchange, FIRE DISTRICT will pay for said services on time and materials billed by one-hour increments using the current City Fee Schedule rate of the City of Fernley Fleet Xxxxxxx. CITY shall xxxx FIRE DISTRICT quarterly. FIRE DISTRICT agrees to pay said invoices within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay invoice within 30 days shall result in a $100 late fee for each month the invoice remains in arrears. Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent FIRE DISTRICT from contracting out any fleet services to another contractor.
Fleet Management. Provider will ensure that qualified personnel are provided with an appropriate company vehicle and will oversee liability insurance, vehicle registration and accident-related matters.
Fleet Management. The engagement of a fleet management organisation is mandatory. All leased government vehicles, excluding those allocated to Salaries and Allowances Tribunal determination members, must be fitted with telematics at the /HVVHH¶V expense. The Lessee may choose the most appropriate device subject to State Fleet data requirements. The Lessee must meet the legislative requirements of the Surveillance Devices Act 1998 to ensure each driver is aware that the vehicle they are driving is fitted with a monitoring device which can determine the vehicles activity, speed and geographical location at any time. Raw data collected by telematics devices is transmitted to the telematics service provider (selected by the Lessee) under the whole-of-Government Fleet Services Common Use Arrangement (CUA). The data gathered is protected by the data management, sovereignty, privacy and confidentiality clauses of the CUA.

Fleet Management. (a) The Parties acknowledge that during the life of this Agreement, V/Line will implement a new system for the management of rolling stock. This system will centralise the planning and management of all fleet movements, including platform, yard, fuelling and ancillary requirements to the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC). (b) This system will result in the transitioning of particular duties away from the Yardmasters and allow for the No. 1 Signal Box to be relocated into the IOC. As a consequence, there will be alterations to employee duties. (c) The Parties acknowledge that this change will impact affected work groups. It is agreed that whilst other terms of this Agreement will continue to apply and consultation must occur, the Union agrees that it will support the implementation of this initiative and that the changes associated with the same will deliver efficiencies and impact future establishment requirements. (d) There shall be no job losses associated with the implementation of the Fleet Management System.
Fleet Management. A. The Fleet Management Department agrees to continue, for the term of this Agreement, the current practices concerning on-the-job time devoted to cleanup, stowing of tools and equipment, and securing work areas. B. Management agrees to bear the full expense of all special purpose tools, special purpose clothing, and protective safety equipment employees may be required to wear. 1. Management agrees that it shall continue to issue work uniforms for the term of this Agreement. Replacement work uniform items shall be done on a fair wear and tear basis throughout the term of this Agreement. 2. Provided uniforms (those purchased by the department) shall be worn while on duty and not used off the job for personal reasons. Uniforms remain the property of the department and shall be returned to the department upon transfer or separation. 3. Management agrees, for the term of this Agreement, to provide laundry service (for employees desiring the service) for issued work uniforms at no additional cost to the City. D. Employees are required to provide their own hand tools, which must meet or exceed the minimum tool listing requirements provided by Management. Any additional personal hand tools, as may be required, shall be obtained within a reasonable time upon being advised by Management. Employees in the classifications of Equipment Mechanic I, Equipment Mechanic II, Chief Equipment Mechanic, and Solid Waste Equipment Specialist shall receive a tool allowance of fifteen dollars and forty cents ($15.40) bi- weekly. Mechanic Apprentices, Welders, Welder Leadworkers, and Sheet Metal Mechanics shall receive a tool allowance of seven dollars and seventy cents ($7.70) bi- weekly. This program is for reimbursement/replacement of tools required to service City equipment. Initial probationary employees will not be eligible for the tool reimbursement allowance. E. Employees in the classifications of Equipment Mechanic Apprentice, Equipment Mechanic Helper, Equipment Mechanic I, Equipment Mechanic II, Chief Mechanic, Welder, Welder Lead Worker, Equipment Repairer I, Equipment Repairer II, and Tire and Wheel Specialist who are required by the nature of a particular job to modify a personal hand tool in order to perform a required service for the department, shall upon approval of the immediate supervisor, have such a personal hand tool replaced on a one-for-one basis.
