Fleet Unlimited Termination. If Agency’s payment for any Axon Fleet Unlimited program or Axon Evidence is more than 30 days past due, Axon may terminate Axon Fleet Unlimited. Once Axon Fleet Unlimited terminates for any reason, then: 8.1. Axon Fleet Unlimited coverage terminates, and no refunds will be given. 8.2. Axon will not and has no obligation to provide the Axon Fleet Upgrade Models. 8.3. Agency will be responsible for payment of any missed payments due to the termination before being allowed to purchase any future Axon Fleet Unlimited.
