FLEXIBLE EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD. In the event that the total value of Goods and/or Services, actually ordered within the “Contract Period” is less than the maximum value (including flexibilities)of the Contract , the Purchaser shall have the right, by no later than 30 days prior to the end of the Basic Frame Contract Period or the Option Period (detailed in para. 2.3 below), to notify the Supplier in writing of its intention to extend the Contract Period by a period of up to 12 months (hereinafter: the “Extension Period”).
