Flexible Work-Time Arrangements. 5.2.7.1 Where operational requirements permit, Virgin Blue shall provide flexible work time arrangements to pilots. The terms of these flexible work time arrangements will be agreed between Virgin Blue and the AFAP. These arrangements will be phased in from 1st January, 2008 and completed within three years, at which time a range of between 3% and 6% of the pilot workforce may be available for flexible workplace arrangements. The parties recognise the growth period involved in the coming years is the basis for the phase in period.
