Loss of Licence. The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;
Loss of Licence. The Station Facility Owner ceases to be authorised to be the operator of the Station by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised under section 7 of the Act; and
Loss of Licence. (a) Any action results in the suspension for more than 30 days or the loss, revocation or termination of any of:
Loss of Licence. The Depot Facility Owner ceases to be authorised to be the operator of the Depot by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised under section 7 of the Act; and
Loss of Licence. 43.01 Where an employee loses his Flight Crew Licence due to medical reasons, the Employer, in co-operation with the Public Service Commission, shall endeavour to find alternate employment within the Public Service for the employee.

(a) A full-time employee with one (1) or more years of service shall not be subject to dismissal for loss of his/her driver’s license for a first occurrence, unless also convicted of causing an accident involving serious bodily harm or major property damage, or drugs for other than medical purposes, but shall be placed on lay-off without pay or benefits until his/her licence is restored. A second such occurrence will subject the employee to dismissal. It is understood that, in case of such a suspension of licence not resulting in dismissal, a Casual Employee may be engaged as a replacement.
Loss of Licence. 44.01 NAV CANADA agrees, where an employee loses his or her pilot’s licence due to medical reasons, to endeavour to find suitable alternate employment for the employee.
Loss of Licence. The Company shall have the right to stand down without pay any driver who through loss of licence is unable to perform their duty as driver, until such time as the licence or other cause is reinstated. Provided that the driver will be able to take any unused annual leave or long service leave during this time and the Company at its option may employ the driver on other duties. Drivers will be required to produce proof of licence on request from the Company and this may be requested at any time at the Company’s discretion. Loss of licence in relation to drink driving will be governed by the Readiness for Work policy.
Loss of Licence. The Parties agree to the following procedure in the cases of loss of driver’s licence for impaired driving. On the first conviction of impaired driving, a leave of absence for the period for the period of two (2) years will be granted, subject to the following conditions:
Loss of Licence a) An employee who has their required driver's license suspended or is otherwise prohibited from operating a vehicle or motorised equipment, must immediately advise their supervisor. Any employee who is not in possession of their required driver’s licence shall be suspended, without pay or benefits, until such time as a valid licence or documentation from the Ministry of Transportation is presented to Transit Management.
