Loss of Licence. The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;

Loss of Licence. The Station Facility Owner ceases to be authorised to be the operator of the Station by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised under section 7 of the Act; and
Loss of Licence. The Depot Facility Owner ceases to be authorised to be the operator of the Depot by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised under section 7 of the Act; and
Loss of Licence. (a) Any action results in the suspension for more than 30 days or the loss, revocation or termination of any of: (i) the Borrower's GSM 900 or 1800 licences for the Moscow licence area; (ii) Telecom XXI's GSM 900 or 1800 licences for the St. Petersburg licence area; (iii) Kuban GSM's GSM 900 or 1800 licences for the Krasnodar licence area; or (iv) UMC's GSM 900 or 1800 licences for the Ukraine licence area, except where, within 30 days of any such event, the relevant licence is re-issued on substantially the same terms to any member of the Group and during the period falling before such re-issuance there is no material interruption to, or other material adverse effect on, the operations permitted by such licence as a direct result of such prior loss, revocation or termination. (b) Any of the Borrower's, Telecom XXI's, Kuban GSM's or UMC's GSM 900 or 1800 licences are amended (or any conditions are imposed with respect to any such licence) in a manner that, in the reasonable opinion of the Majority Lenders, has or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect. (c) Any of the Borrower's, Telecom XXI's, Kuban GSM's or UMC's assigned spectrum allocations are reassigned to other users (other than a Significant Subsidiary of the Borrower), cancelled or otherwise lost, and such event, in the reasonable opinion of the Majority Lenders, has or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect. (d) The Borrower sells, leases or otherwise transfers any of its GSM 900 or 1800 licences for the Moscow licence area. (e) Any of the Borrower's GSM 900 or 1800 licences (other than its GSM 900 and 1800 licences for the Moscow licence area) is sold, leased or transferred to any person that is not (directly or indirectly) a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Borrower. (i) Any of the GSM 900 or 1800 licences of Telecom XXI, Kuban GSM or UMC is sold, leased or transferred to any person that is not (directly or indirectly) a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Borrower. (ii) Sub-clause (i) above does not apply to the transfer of the GSM 900 or 1800 licences of UMC pursuant to the UMC Litigation (provided that this sub-clause (ii) shall not in any way prejudice the rights of the Finance Parties under Clause 21.18 (UMC Litigation)).
Loss of Licence. (a) A full-time employee with one (1) or more years of service shall not be subject to dismissal for loss of his/her driver’s license for a first occurrence, unless also convicted of causing an accident involving serious bodily harm or major property damage, or drugs for other than medical purposes, but shall be placed on lay-off without pay or benefits until his/her licence is restored. A second such occurrence will subject the employee to dismissal. It is understood that, in case of such a suspension of licence not resulting in dismissal, a Casual Employee may be engaged as a replacement. (b) An employee who is required to use an “ignition interlock” to operate a vehicle, is not deemed to have the required licence restored in order to operate a Corporation vehicle. Ignition interlocks shall not be installed on Corporation vehicles.
Loss of Licence. 43.01 Where an employee loses his Flight Crew Licence due to medical reasons, the Employer, in co-operation with the Public Service Commission, shall endeavour to find alternate employment within the Public Service for the employee.
Loss of Licence. The Company shall have the right to stand down without pay any driver who through loss of licence is unable to perform their duty as driver, until such time as the licence or other cause is reinstated. Provided that the driver will be able to take any unused annual leave or long service leave during this time and the Company at its option may employ the driver on other duties. Drivers will be required to produce proof of licence on request from the Company and this may be requested at any time at the Company’s discretion. Loss of licence in relation to drink driving will be governed by the Readiness for Work policy.

Loss of Licence. The Parties agree to the following procedure in the cases of loss of driver’s licence for impaired driving. On the first conviction of impaired driving, a leave of absence for the period for the period of two (2) years will be granted, subject to the following conditions:
Loss of Licence. 40.01 The Employer agrees, where an employee loses his or her Flight Crew licence due to medical reasons, to continue the present practice of making every reasonable effort to find suitable alternate employment for the employee either within the Department or elsewhere in the Public Service. 40.02 Where an employee, who has been denied renewal of his or her Flight Crew licence on the grounds that he or she does not meet the prescribed medical standards, applies for a review of his or her case to the Civil Aviation Medical Advisory Panel, the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of any additional medical examinations which he or she is required to undergo.
Loss of Licence. An employee who has their required driver's licence suspended or is otherwise prohibited from operating a vehicle or motorised equipment, must immediately advise their supervisor. Any employee who is not in possession of their required driver’s licence shall be suspended, without pay or benefits, until such time as a valid licence or documentation from the Ministry of Transportation is presented to Transit Management.
