Common use of Flight Crews Clause in Contracts

Flight Crews. Operator shall provide to Time Share Lessee a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted AIRCRAFT TIME SHARING AGREEMENT in accordance with this Agreement. Operator may, if it so chooses, elect not to hire its own pilots for any given flight hereunder, but to contract instead for pilot services from a third party vendor. Whether or not the flight crew is supplied by a third party vendor, the flight crew is under the exclusive command and control of Operator in all phases of all flights conducted hereunder.
