Common use of Flight Display Clause in Contracts

Flight Display. (a) All Shared Code Segments will be included in the schedule, availability and fare displays of all computerized reservations systems in which Continental and Gulfstream participate, the Official Airline Guide (to the extent agreed upon) and Continental’s and Gulfstream’s internal reservation systems, under the shared code as well as the operator’s own code, to the extent possible. Continental and Gulfstream will take the appropriate measures necessary to ensure the display of the schedules of all Shared Code Segments in accordance with the preceding sentence.
