Flight Expenses. Time Sxxxxx agrees to pay to Operator, for each flight conducted under this Agreement, an amount equal to the actual expenses of each specific flight including the actual expenses of any “deadhead” flights made for Time Sxxxxx, as authorized by FAR Section 91.501(d).
