Flight Operations and Safety Rules. Currency – Renter must hold a valid and current Pilot’s Certificate with appropriate ratings. The Renter named on the Rental Agreement must be Pilot in Command and will be responsible for the Aircraft at all times. Renter must possess evidence of a current flight review, medical certificate, and Aircraft checkout by T. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ “Owner/Chief Flight Instructor” or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, CFI / Assistant Chief Instructor.
