In accordance with requirements of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (42 U.S.C. § 4001, et seq.), the SUBRECIPIENT shall obtain and maintain flood insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program for any activities located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Act as having special flood hazards.
