Flood Insurance Laws. No Mortgage encumbers improved real property which is located in an area that has been identified by the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”) as an area having special flood hazards and in which flood insurance has been made available under Flood Insurance Laws (except any Mortgaged Properties as to which such flood insurance as required by Flood Insurance Laws has been obtained and is in full force and effect as required by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents).
