Flood Insurance Provisions. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement or any other Loan Document to the contrary, in no event is or will any enclosed structure (having two walls and a roof) or manufactured mobile home (each, a “Building”) be included as Collateral nor included in the definition of “Mortgaged Property”, and no Building is hereby nor shall be encumbered by a Mortgage, this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
