No “Building” (as defined in the applicable Flood Insurance Regulation) or “Manufactured (Mobile) Home” (as defined in the applicable Flood Insurance Regulation) is located on any Mortgaged Property within an area having special flood hazards and in which flood insurance is available under the Flood Insurance Regulations, and no “Building” or “Manufactured (Mobile) Home” is encumbered by the Mortgages.
