FLOOR LOAD LIMITS. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot area which it was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all safes, business machines and mechanical equipment in the Building. Such installations shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant's expense, in settings sufficient, in Landlord's judgment, to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance to occupants of the Building, the Project, if applicable, or any adjacent property.

Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all safes, machinery and mechanical equipment in the Building. Such installations shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, in settings sufficient, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance to other occupants of adjacent buildings.   • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Dollar Limits Per Service Agreement Cost to diagnose, repair and/or replace - Per covered appliance $3,000

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.
